I am very happy with the service and quality of the cars. I've rented a Toyota Yaris Hybrid and Corolla Petrol, and was very happy with the state of the vehicles. Very clean, Yaris was brand new. The puck up/ drop off is fuss free and easy, and the price of full cover is very competitive compared to other providers. There is a shuttle to and from the airport every 15 minutes. Very happy with my experience and will be returning
Best car rental experience ever! Smooth check-in from arrival to drop-off. The car was in excellent condition. Super clean and packed with safety features that really impressed us. We had an amazing experience with Snap Rentals! We rented a Mitsubishi Outlander AWD and the car was in excellent condition — clean, powerful, and very new. It made our entire New Zealand trip smooth and enjoyable.nnA special thank-you to James and Luke! We encountered a small issue during pick-up because the Visa card we originally registered was unfortunately lost, and we only had another Visa card with a UnionPay logo. We had read online that some rental companies do not accept UnionPay-linked cards, but after checking with the staff, the new card was successfully added. Such a relief!nnMy English is not very good, but Luke communicated with me patiently using a translation app, which I truly appreciated. They were both incredibly friendly and helpful.nnI highly recommend Snap Rentals to everyone! We will definitely choose them again next time.
I had a great experience with Snap Rentals in Queenstown. The online check-in made the pickup process fast and easy, and the free shuttle from the airport was convenient and well-organized. Great service, friendly, good prices. They have a free shuttle bus to the airport if you rent from one near the Queenstown or Christchurch. Car was nice, relatively new and very clean. They explained all the terms clearly.nMy one thing, which is not their issue, is that if you book with a website like cheap-car-rentals.com or something, snap doesn’t get told by them things like: did you get insurance. So snap will offer you to pay extra for insurance, and you will think, I thought I had insurance.nBut it is just that these websites have their own insurance, and they dont tell snap about it
