I had a great experience with Snap Rentals in Queenstown. The online check-in made the pickup process fast and easy, and the free shuttle from the airport was convenient and well-organized. The staff were fantastic – friendly, professional, and happy to help. I recently had a good experience with Snap Rentals in Queenstown. From start to finish, the process was seamless, efficient, and stress-free.nnThe vehicle was in good condition 4/5 and served me well throughout my South Island trip.nnTip: I highly recommend opting for full insurance coverage, including windscreen protection. A stone hit my windscreen just before the end of my journey/return and thankfully, because I had full coverage with no excess fee, it was all taken care of without any stress.nnOverall, a great rental experience.
We arrived much later than expected due to a delayed flight, and James K went above and beyond to help us after hours. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional, making the whole process smooth despite the late time.nnJames didn’t rush us at all, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable before driving off. Great experience, from start to finish, Snap were easy to deal with. Transfers to and from airports was efficient, with helpful staff giving us a hand with our luggage.
