Fantastic from booking to drop off!nI hired an Omega car for a trip around the South Island in winter. This meant icy and snowy roads, low visibility at times and just generally freezing conditions. The car handled like a dream, was warm and cosy and we felt very safe and confident driving it on unfamiliar roads in unfamiliar conditions.nOmega were great with the booking. I had to make a change a week before pick up and also needed to pick up after hours, they were great and helpful with all of this. Drop off was a piece of cake too.nVery happy, will book with them again!
Omega was recommended to us by a friend and the place lived up to expectations. Good contact definitely better than with the Auckland branch, where we initially wanted to rent a car and a transparent offer, that included all our requirements, at a very competitive price. Both the collection and the drop-off were fast and smooth. The car was in good shape, worked great and allowed us to freely explore both the South and North Island without any problems. If we return to New Zealand with a visit and I really hope we do, we will definitely use Omega's services again.
Quick and hassle free, no deposit required, pick up your car and off you go, this service is exactly what you want, i would honestly recommend them over anyone else in Queenstown
Easy pick up from depot after short shuttle drive from Queenstown Airport. Clean economical car took to Dunedin and back over our 7 day trip. We have used Omega several times in Auckland and Christchurch and are our first choice every time. Pricing is reasonable and staff very helpful. Will be looking to hire them again on our next trip.
Second time we have used Omega. This time it was an after hours pickup. Car was ready and waiting with easy pick up instructions. Staff were efficient and friendly. Car was very clean and drove very well. Will use again without hesitation .
