Misleading advert. Car given a decade before the picture on advertising. Almost 200k speedometer, old, smelly not cleaned well. Refused to discuss other options as the staff went back to his shuttle and drove off. Very unhappy. Been living in nz for a while and been to Queenstown and other places in nz touring never refused another car option. Zero customer focus and was very unhappy. Family had to endure the smell the whole time. I appreciate the good reviews but clearly they were lucky to be provided good cars. Dont let them refuse when you ask for another car, push if you have too. I may have been a tad too soft. Not a good experience to say the least. Good luck!

He was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to explain all the important details and precautions in a clear and patient manner. His thorough guidance made the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this company, and a big thanks to Chris for his exceptional customer service!
What a lovely man who assisted us maybe Bruce, but not sure on checking in and return. The customer service is so patient and friendly. We just got a cheaper Toyota Corolla Aqua this time. And it was more than sufficient and comfortable. Greta value for money and cheap on fuel as it was a hybrid.nThanks guys…well done.
We rented a hybrid Toyota Aqua which was a lovely car to drive and so clean inside and out. Easy company to deal with and there’s a free phone to call when you arrive at Queenstown airport and you get a free shuttle bus to take you to collect the car. The car was extremely clean and very economical. The service from Chris was outstanding. Such a kind, friendly man and he went through all the information thoroughly with us highlighting all the important points to remember. We dropped the car back after working hours and he was so accommodating. If renting ask for Chris it honestly made the experience so stress free and easy!
Fantastic experience with EZU Car Rentals! The whole process was incredibly fast – thanks to the online check-in, everything was done in under 5 minutes. The car we received was exactly what we wanted, clean and in great condition. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful, making the rental process completely hassle-free. Highly recommend and would definitely use EZU again!
