We booked a small car for 6 days to do the drive to Milford Sound. The airport pick up was helpful. The vehicle was clean. Customer service was great. Would definitely book with them again for our next trip to Queenstown!
Very good service. The car was in great condition. We went to 3 ski resorts and drove all the day to the top car parks and the car was very comfortable to drive on the steep turns. Quick and friendly service, highly recommend. Easy and quick shuttle from and to airport.
The entire rental process was very smooth, the shuttle arrived at the airport within 10 mins of contacting them. They clearly explained all the terms of the rental and we left quickly. The car was tidy, modern and fuel efficient. Lucky we didn’t need it but the roadside assistance is a great addition. Would definitely book again!
Rented for two days. Yes the car was old ~140,000 miles but it worked fine. Full tank and clean.nnEmployees were good. They didn’t try to upsell anything like upgrades or insurance.nnMust call for pick up at airport.shuttle is quick and is nearby.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the worst car rental company I've ever dealt with. I paid approximately 700 NZD for a 7-day trip, and while my expectations weren't high, the company provided me with a very old and faulty vehicle. The car appeared to be particularly unsafe, a concern that was evident when viewing the condition of the tires in the photographs.nnWell. The car rental company said they can do a fully refund to me if I dun like but no other cars can be provided
