Avoid! If you want to enjoy your holiday.nnnThe car I rented kept pulling to the left while driving. I reported it and asked for a replacement, but they only had a mechanic test drive it for about 5–10 minutes and then claimed there was “no problem.”nnI had already driven the car for 10 hours from Queenstown to Milford and returned, so I don’t see how a few minute drive can prove everything is fine. The staff were dismissive and even tried to blame it on the lane assist system .come on! it’s 2026, everyone knows how does it work.nnI wasn’t asking for an upgrade or a refund, just the same or a similar model.nnI’ve also had an unpleasant experience at their Auckland branch. Clearly not an isolated issue.nnThe video was taken on a straight road.
Pick up and drop off were both easy. Very pleasant staff. Felt like the old days where you were hiring a car and not having every opertunity to have money taken off of you. Drop of was quick and easy and courtesy bus to the airport very helpful.
Worst rental experience yet.nDidn't have the car i booked available on pickup. Offered no support to assist 5 people and our bags to get back to our accommodation then back out again in the morning to collect. Was provided incorrect booking numbers and information from staff. The car we did receive was substantially smaller and had multiple issues throughout the drive. DO NOT BOOK.nWill be seeking compensation.
Absolutely disgraceful experience. This company should be investigated. The vehicle we were given was unreliable and unsafe, and judging by the many similar reviews on their own Google page, we’re clearly not the only ones. It feels like innocent customers are being taken advantage of. I would strongly warn anyone to think twice before hiring from themnn0 star for you guys, you don’t even deserve the 1 star
Easy to deal with and close to queenstown airport walking distance. Good value car for our needs.
