I rented a car with Zeal Rentals for four months, from January to May, and I can honestly say that I am completely satisfied with my choice!nnI never experienced a single issue with either the company or the car. The team responds to emails very quickly sometimes within 10 minutes. Their prices are unbeatable, and the invoices are completely transparent with no hidden fees. The car was delivered to me clean and in excellent condition.nnI highly recommend them 100%!
On taking a 7-day Lower South Island trip, we elected to obtain a rental car from GO Rentals upon landing at Queenstown Airport - pick-up inside the airport parameters office outside the terminal, but only a short walk. Arriving ahead of time, our car was not ready, so had to wait until our online booking time was met. We got a Toyota Corolla Hybrid mid-range car. Service was good, albeit the worker was behind a bank of head-height computer screens and did not make it obvious that she was talking to us upon our arrival. We have since travelled well, comfortable and fuel consumption / vehicle performance has been good.
Easy pick up and after hours drop off.nCustomer service was great.nLocation was just outside Queenstown airport so efficient.nPricing was really good for the clean and well maintained vehicle. Didn’t once worry about the integrity of the vehicle.nWorth paying a little extra for reliable vehicle and service!

I’m a returning customer of Go Rentals and am always 100% satisfied with their services. Can never go wrong with these guys. We booked a car for 5 days for Queenstown but because the weather was so bad our flights were cancelled and we lost 2 days because of this.nnGo rentals were so accomodating and very helpful I was refunded back my 2 days as we were only in Queenstown for only 3 days now.nnAlways a pleasure to deal with.nWe will never go anywhere else but Go Rentals!!!
