I rented a car with Zeal Rentals for four months, from January to May, and I can honestly say that I am completely satisfied with my choice!nnI never experienced a single issue with either the company or the car. I’m a returning customer of Go Rentals and am always 100% satisfied with their services. Can never go wrong with these guys. We booked a car for 5 days for Queenstown but because the weather was so bad our flights were cancelled and we lost 2 days because of this.nnGo rentals were so accomodating and very helpful I was refunded back my 2 days as we were only in Queenstown for only 3 days now.nnAlways a pleasure to deal with.nWe will never go anywhere else but Go Rentals!!!
Got an RAV4 from Go Rentals. Picked up at CHC and dropped off at QT. The car was in great shape and clean. About 60k on the odo. Don't know what year it was but was a newer model. Pick up and drop off were seamless, hardly took 5 min each. Would definitely rent from here again.
On taking a 7-day Lower South Island trip, we elected to obtain a rental car from GO Rentals upon landing at Queenstown Airport - pick-up inside the airport parameters office outside the terminal, but only a short walk. Arriving ahead of time, our car was not ready, so had to wait until our online booking time was met. We got a Toyota Corolla Hybrid mid-range car. Service was good, albeit the worker was behind a bank of head-height computer screens and did not make it obvious that she was talking to us upon our arrival. We have since travelled well, comfortable and fuel consumption / vehicle performance has been good.
The best rental company in NZ. Easy, Efficient, and Affordable. Highly recommend to use Go-rentals. The ease of booking online or through their mobile app and checking in online for ease of rental collection. The location is five steps from the airport terminal, so easy to get to and from the airport. There is no need for a shuttle with this location. The customer service is warm, friendly, and inviting. The car itself was clean and maintained in great condition. Returning the car was super easy. Just drop off, hand over the keys, and walk straight to the terminal.
