I had a great experience renting through GO Rentals at Queenstown Airport. The pickup location was just a short walk across from the Arrivals terminal, and the staff were friendly during the pick-up process. I received the exact car I requested, and it was in perfect condition. The price was also extremely reasonable, and drop off was also just as easy as pick up. I would highly recommend to others when hiring a car in Queenstown.
Fast and easy process from booking online to collecting and returning the vehicle. Friendly staff and loved the peace of mind insurance option. I went with the Rav4 which was clean and new! Luckily it was at a discounted price at the time as well. Thank you!
My experience was super easy. The staff were very helpful and super quick in responding through email. Pick up was very easy and the staff there were so polite and lovely. They demonstrated how to use the snow chains. And super easy for drop off. As long as you follow through with what is required, everything else is super easy. Thank you again GO Rentals Queenstown. Loved the car, I wanted to take it home . Beautiful car and very efficient to use. We got the Toyota RAV4 hybrid. We enjoyed our trip. Customer service was excellent. Will definitely recommend.
We had a great experience renting a car during our stay in NZ from Go Rentals. The car was in excellent condition and the pickup, drop off experience was very smooth. The cost was reasonable too. The pickup location in Queenstown is basically across the road from the terminal.
Process from start to end was a breeze! Simple, efficient & hassle-free. Was great to be able to do most of the documentation online prior to arrival, to shorten the time taken on site to collect the cars. Staffs were amicable & pleasant too! Car condition was great, clean & had no issues! Would definitely rent from Go Rentals again in the future!
