Seriously some of the best food in Auckland.nnThe calamari was so well balanced and delicious, completely melt-in-your-mouth, not rubbery at all.nThe nduja and lemon pepper salt paired very very well and cut the richness of the squid ink mayo perfectly.nnThe lamb pappardelle was so smokey and delicious. Pasta was cooked perfectly, and was very good quality.nnThe porcini pasta mushroom, was so umami forward and rich, but perfectly seasoned. Super flavourful.nnPortions were perfect, we left happy and satisfied.nnAll the staff were very friendly and informative, and the atmosphere is cozy and peaceful.nnWell done!!

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Sat upstairs which can be loud if there are other guests being too loud. Otherwise the food was surprisingly good. Great balanced flavours, well cooked. Ordered the Chicken Marsala, and Lamb Pappardelle. Both quite different, but were cooked well and delicious. Recommend this place, will definitely come back. Compared to some other restaurants in this area, the prices are reasonable, and better quality.
I haven’t had Italian cuisine in a while and after dining here, wondered why I stopped. Highly recommend their tiramisu latte, carbonara and pancakes! Customer service was also lovely and staff were friendly and knowledgeable.
We were a table of 8 having a set menu. The food was tasty and plenty of it - absolutely great way to try a bit of everything!nService was a wee bit slow - half the table placed their drink orders whilst the other half didn’t. We had to ask them to take our order and then it took 20mins to get a G & T.nThat said - great local restaurant and great menu
