We had an amazing experience at Semplice recently. I found this place by a chance a few weeks ago and was so impressed with the food that it was my mission to invite my friends there. From the beginning to the end of your lunch, breakfast or a dinner , it would be classy, very nice atmosphere and the best suggestions from the owner of some delicious desserts.nIt’s a must in St.Helliers to visit now
The bakery items are excellent. My friend who grew up in France said it was the best baguette she has tasted outside of France. The focaccia bread is gorgeous. If you love cakes and sweet pastries, this is the place to go to. Food made with love.
An unforgettable coffee and breakfast experience awaits at this lovely spot. Our coffee was crafted to perfection and had an amazing flavor. The presentation and texture of our meal were outstanding. Courteous and professional front-end service. We give this place our highest recommendation.
Very pretty spot with a great selection of cabinet food. Coffee and staff also great.nOrdered some breakfast - avocado toast and baked eggs in sauce they changed mine to 1 fried egg as I am pregnant.nI thought the prices are quite good about $26 per meal. BUT the portions are extremely small see photos. Was still hungry after eating, so tried some of the cabinet food which was way better value.
Very friendly, accommodating staff. Sat upstairs which can be loud if there are other guests being too loud. Otherwise the food was surprisingly good. Great balanced flavours, well cooked. Ordered the Chicken Marsala, and Lamb Pappardelle. Both quite different, but were cooked well and delicious. Recommend this place, will definitely come back. Compared to some other restaurants in this area, the prices are reasonable, and better quality.
