Lamb was cooked incorrectly, medium rare instead well done and took long to fix. The food tasted decent. Be aware of long wait times and hard to find parking spots.
We had a lovely experience here. The mushroom risotto was fabulous as was the papradelle. We had the lamb legs for appetizer and they weren’t so great. The cocktails were nice. The space was happen even later on on a weeknight, such a good atmosphere. The service was nice too. The bathroom is up quite a flight of stairs, so keep that in mind for diners of different abilities.
Got here at around 8:30pm on a Saturday, only around a 30min wait for a table, but we sat at the bar and had cocktails and the time flew!nnWe were seated outside undercover and were served by Cameron who was delightful. Food was definitely worth the wait! I couldn’t decide, so I had the pizzetta, kingfish crudo and linguine marinara all to myself - absolutely delicious!
Came here recently for a friends family members birthday and this was possibly one of the most enjoyable dining atmospheres and experiences ever. As soon as I sat down the owner noticed that the table was a little wobbly and ran to fix it like I was the queen of England or something and our waitress was the most sweetest angel ever, she kept refilling our water over and over and was so kind and the customer service was amazing. The atmosphere is beautiful and lovely but also calm? The bathroom is stunning and I couldn’t help but take a few photos cause it was so pleasant , the interior and exterior is just stunning and OH MY GOD THE CHEESECAKE. I love cheesecake and this is possibly some of the best cheesecake I have had so far. Creamy and light and a delicate vanilla flavour, it’s like a million flavours hitting your mouth at once it’s awesome, definitely come here, I want to die here.
I recently visited Auckland, New Zealand, for the first time, and I absolutely loved everything about it! After a full day of exploring, we had dinner at Prego and enjoyed a lovely evening. We started out at the bar with Strange Nature Spritzer, which was most excellent. Olie and his bartending partner were so much fun! They created 6 Spritzers for us. We were then so very excited to get a table for a large group outside. It was a really nice night. We shared a platter of calamari, which was delicious, and then I had the seafood pasta, which was divine! I even had my cold leftovers for breakfast. That was super. I highly recommend Prego. I will go back again!
