Lovely shop full of treasures! I nabbed myself a beautiful plate painted in NZ $10, a tennis racket $8 and squash racket $4. Not the cheapest of op shops, but some great quality items sorted into beautiful displays and perfect for what I was after.nI didn’t get the green china tea set $25 featured below, but they are made in England and still in great condition.nWould recommend for high quality china, plates, and vases - I’ll be back maybe for the green tea set if I’m lucky!!

I recently visited the Salvation Army op shop and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed. The prices were absolutely ridiculous! It's a shame that they are donated all their items, yet they are not giving back to the community by pricing them affordably. Considering that struggling people in need often shop there, it's disheartening to see such high prices.nnThe shop was cluttered and overstocked, and I even found a pair of shoes that were more expensive than brand new ones at Kmart.nnThis kind of pricing is not supportive, and it's important to keep that in mind when shopping here.

Brookfield Salvation Army, definitely one of a kind in Tauranga, very affordable clothing, furniture and in excellent quality for recycled goods. Staff are courteous and friendly, great shopping atmosphere

I've stopped calling in to this store as their prices have skyrocketed ridiculously; there is a point where people will stop buying & they've obviously reached it as some of the stock has been sitting there for months and months - literally! The clothing racks are the same - and are so jammed up with old stock its not worth going through them anymore. You desperately need a BIG sale and clear out to refresh your stock Sallies!!
