Just been today, needed a punch biopsy, and apologies I can't recall nurses name, but she was exceptional. Caring, and very efficient and explained perfectly. A completely pain free experience. Thank so much

Not good at all been there for some serious story about my surgery done at tga hospital but on reception they make different story after that when I came home sent me bill again If they want to pay more money why they didn't tell me on receptionnIts totally bad and Also Im gonna put the complaint about this to Medical council of Wellington

Nurse Kate is AH-MAZING so thorough with her knowledge and explaining of everything. Dr Rua is always great he's always friendly and understanding. Great doc and nurse.

Doctor Rua is one of the best doctors here he has help me with many things such as medicines for my infected toe and getting scripts for my pills ready within 30 seconds!! just two taps and he's done he's very organized his computer has tabs open for each of his patients for whenever they come I say He should get paid more than what he does

The Male Dr I had a video consultation with today was one of the rudest most arrogant doctors I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, I was belittled, fat shamed & humiliated. He insulted my previous doctors medical care and considering she actually recommended me to see him, I feel it’s a pretty disgusting way to speak about a previous colleague but not surprising after speaking with him, the funny thing is he couldn’t even hope to reach anywhere near her standard of care & knowledge.nHe even had the cheek to say the first mantra of a doctor is do no harm, I’m pretty sure treating a patient so badly it affects their mental health is very harmful.
