Bethlehem Medical Centre

My partner has been going to this practice for a while so when I moved in with him I figured I should move practices as well. He’s mentioned the rude receptionist before but after ringing today I got a better idea. I tried to enrol and make an appointment and was laughed at because “that’s not how it works”. For reference i’m 18 and have never had to do this before. The receptionist was rude and careless, before trying to help or inform me she made fun of me. Not the kind of person I want to see when i’m sick or vulnerable. Dr Dane Rua is amazing according to my partner so for that reason I will still enrol but the snarky receptionist definitely doesn’t deserve her job.

Dr Marthe was impatient and judgemental today. Even though she could read patient's medical history, was asking repeated questions to patient, like either she didnt want to understand patient's answers or her brain was taking time to process them, I guess that made her frustrated. She greeted patient with smile but after examining patient, she became laud, impatient and judgemental. Reception staff s were better.

Doctor Rua is the best. He is very patient and knowledgeable. We have received very professional treatment. Had a very bad stomach issue and now is all good. Thanks a lot.

Was charged $127 for a 5-10min appointment as a registered patient, only wanted a normal single appointment but the joke of a receptionist decided she'd book me in a double, have started to look elsewhere for a practice that I can trust and that won't rip me off.

Don't waste your time with these doctors, they do not care about their patients, only how long your consultation will take and no help offered. Useless
