My parents are or have been there. Staff are great. Generally very good care. However, one of the most important things should be the food. The lunches that I have seen dished up are lukewarm and and look tasteless. I doubt you could eat it unless you were hungry. Most of the residents didn't eat much. I think the management needs to sit down with the residents without warning anyone and see for themselves. Rooms are on the small side.
