I had reason visit the Tauranga Hospital Outpatients Pathlab on Wednesday 5/3/2024 to have my regular Venesection.nAs always I was treated with kindness and respect. This particular appointment stood out a tad more than usual. The phlebotomist showed real skill and empathy. I feel that the phlebotomists from Pathlab deserve a great big thank you from all of us with Haemochromatosis.

I had my blood tests done today.Usually it was too difficult to get my veins,but today Mr Harish drawn my blood with ease, and I am pleased by their behavior and support .

Very friendly staff i got my blood test done today mostly its hard for them to find my veins but Harsh i hope if its the correct name was very experienced and there was no issue during the test he is really sweet and supportive

I was quite anxious but the staff were all lovely, genuinely caring & the doctor that performed my procedure was very gentle, took time to reassure &nexplain each step along the way.nHopefully I won't need to return but if I do I'm sure I will be more at ease.

What a lovely place. The lady at reception was extremely warm and friendly and radiated happiness. She was singing away behind the desk.nnThe nurse who took my bloods was also really warm and friendly, and she was so fast at her job, very professional and pain free.
