Worst customer service I’ve encountered. Ordered a handful of windows and a door off trademe, 2 of the windows listed as the same “new”, unboxed to find out one of the reveal had been roughly cut right back now needing a double quirk, and the other one had new revels installed 6mm out over 1200, now have to pull apart reveals and re do. The “new” front door and the fixed window missing sills? Rang up to be told “unless you order new this is what you get” and then hung up on. No trying to remedy the issues or help out. Items defiantly not as described.
