Cubro Ltd

Between ACC and Cubro my brother in law has been waiting since 28 July on a Super Stroller Gutter Walking Frame as recommended by the Occupational Therapist Assessment. 23 days later and he is no further ahead. Apart from some dillying about by ACC at the start Cubro have been less than impressive thereafter. Promises of delivery for the last two weeks in a row after we have been chasing around over this and those have not been honoured. Cubro are very difficult to connect with. Their website shows this unit assembled but indirectly we've learned that they are having to assemble or modify it for some reason and the unit as displayed isn't assembled yet.nMy brother in law is trying to function with no legs to effectively stand on. This unit is needed so he can do the basics including carry food from his kitchen to where he eats and be supported physically while he does that. Apart from these latest delays he's been in this state since 8 July 2023....about 44 days ago!
