Stayed here for a tennis tournament as the tennis center is very close. We had a 2 bedroom apartment with 3 people. Our room was on the top floor, was spacious with a balcony which had lovely views. Both bedrooms had a tv and one had an ensuite bathroom. Beds were comfy and it was quiet. The kitchen had everything including a full size fridge which was good for 3 people. Parking was free outside business hours and the weekend which worked for us. Check in was easy and staff were very friendly. Noting that the room is not serviced every day especially not weekends, bit when we asked if the rubbish could be removed they did it promptly. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would come again.
Nice clean quiet room with comfy bed. Can’t go wrong really. The only thing was the shower was either blocked or slow draining the shower beautifully powerful so a lot of water to remove. This gave me the creeps a little.nFriendly, welcoming staff and all in a very good location. Although close to the main roads, the noise was minimal.
Great, perfect place to stay. Location was excellent, I could walk to the shops for coffee, dinner, bottle shop, superette, gas station, everything was within walking distance. It is so close to Westfield, there is secure parking and its nice and quiet, so you get a greats night sleep. The staff were lovely & friendly.nHighly recommend!
Absolutely marvelous! I travel regularly for work and most hotels/motels are clean on the surface but when you start looking they're not. This is not the case at Quest Albany, honestly the cleanest room I've been in, a big credit to the house keeping team. Brilliant friendly front of house staff, and great quiet location with good local amenities. Keep up the amazing work team
OH EM GHEE!! You guys **NEED** TO STAY HERE! Cheap, beautiful view, lovely staff and very well decorated and suited rooms! Everything is always clean here and we just love the owner! She was so kind to us! 100% recommend QUEST Albany! Will definetly be coming back.
