It is a shame that there is no drinking water supplied at this stated own facility.Where you could find customer service reception under Christchurch City Council, New Zealand Post and most importantly public library.nTried to voice concerns for all users/taxpayers by emailing relevant authorities, however dead end. Would it be something that MP interested to be are able towilling tocontribute the thoughts for this improvement.nWhile there are big play area for children and frequent activities were held for caregivers and young children/toddlers/babies.
Very nice public library, they have a good children’s area with space for your wee one to crawl around with a small toy selection to distract them while you are picking books. We enjoy baby times there too on a Wed at 10:30am and have also used the JP services on a Tuesday. Toilet facilities are good and easy to access as well lots of parking available.
There was literally vomit on one of the tables in the seating area.. i sat down and there were also two other older guys there and they either hadn’t told staff about the vomit or the staff knew but couldn’t be bothered cleaning it up. There was a really smelly homeless looking man sitting on the floor clinking bottles in his bag and grunting and moaning which was really disturbing. The post office staff also constantly talk super loud which is distracting. Another man also smelt terrible as i was leaving. not a good experience
Daughter just turned two and is a little hyper. She like exploring nothing wrong with that. She was running around the story time group and lady kept giving me dirty looks. How can I manage a two year old with stong will lady? Maybe dont be so rude to please just trying to have a nice time with there babies. Not going again. Sorry my 24 month old disrupted your Montessori class so much you felt the need to make ugly rude faces at me. Not nice. Not acceptable. She wasn't hurting anything she was being a developmentally normal toddler and came to a toddler group....
