I think this is one of the best ocean view library in the world. The New Brighton Library is facing the long pier , have the best view to see the sun rise and the sun set by the ocean. It's a pity that it was too late when we arrived the Pier , the Library was closed . I could only take a few photos at the entrance and outside the building. Hope I can visit this Library again next time.
The best place to see sunrise.
Its a really good library. There are so many facilities for everyone to use at a minimal fee or most of the time it's free. People should utilize the library. I did a 3D printing session with the staff and it was really great, had a lot of fun learning about 3D printing which was something you couldn't get easily. Thank you to all the staff and the council for opening up the facilities for the public.
Ive never been in a Library where it has been so noisy. Its really beyond me who made the decision to put a tish kicker in a Library.nKids screaming, tenagers occupying the computers for shooting games.nnIt's impossible to focus, let alone reading something.nnI got refused to be given a Library pass cause I didn't have my passport in physical form with me.nMy NZ drivers licence wasn't enough.nnI'll write a more formal complaint and hope the noise is getting removed from the library space asap, so ppl who actually come here to read can enjoy the space.
A cosy library right on the coast. I spent longer than I should have talking about Wordle and its spin-offs with the security man. It's a small library but there's something there for everyone.nToday there were many people on the Public Computers having fun.
