The asian guy who was working the customer service booth today at around 2:45pm is such an amazing person, my phone died and he helped me try charge it and when it wouldn’t charge and i wasn't able to go home he put $15 into a hop card for me and I just want to say thank you so much, you made my day and helped so much.

A large transfer Railway Station that connects trains and buses. Great place to transfer from train to bus as a means to travel to and from East Auckland.
Despite it says Open Saturday on the website and the station counter window, it is not. And you can’t even do a top-up because the machine is broken, let along getting any help.
One of the important bus and train interchange in the area. Bus and trains are available till 10.30 pm on weekdays and till midnight on weekends.
