There are 2 machines to top up your AT HOP card as well as an attendant at the entrance to assist at any time. Occasionally, you will encounter an AT officer to check if your fare is valid as well as other AT personnel that ensure the door is closed safely. There is public restrooms/toilets on the Shirley Road exit as well as a few bus terminals that can take you outward from Papatoetoe. There is also a dairy/superette to buy an AT HOP card on Shirley road in front of the Bus stop cornering Coronation Place.
