It's alright, trains were on time it is safe and it serves its purpose well but there is not much shelter at the station.
Great car parking at this train station. Clean and tidy. Has friendly security staff onsite as well as a AT Hop Machine to top up your Hop Card or buy your paper ticket. There is a tag on/ tag off station at either end of the platform. Close to homai netball courts.
I and friends were lost during our trip back to city from Manukau. However we managed to had fun during the trip and looking back to google maps.
I enjoyed my 3 days in Auckland of my 5-day vacation in New Zealand. Homai was my train station, as I stayed in the area
Plenty of car parking spots. Also handy to buses into Manurewa and Manukau. Does not look too safe in the evenings though.
