Small station offering connections to some grocery chains, restaurants, a nursery, a cinema, a park run and walk way with excellent views of Auckland skyline and the harbour front. Some shelter from the rain, but services could be interrupted by severe weather, please plan ahead.nnThe station does offer parking however, mobility access isn't offered from the car park side. Wheelchair ramp access is made available from the southern side.
Stopped by orakei train station and walked around some shops and a bar/pub around it. great view of the coastline from there. also, it's closer to the Auckland city and Mission Bay beach area.
Beautiful location, also very convenient location right next to Orakei Bay Village. Great for a quick trip to Farro if you’re in the CBD near Britomart.
good station but very limited parking so its doesnt serve those that travel after 7 or 8am
Needs more parking as hard to get to without driving. Parking always full!
