Great Location about 200 metres from the entrance to Eden park. The only issue is you need to enter the crowded platform to cross over into Kingsland!...
Park & Ride?
Easy travel into Newmarket or the CBD. Goes right out to Swanson near the Waitakeres if you go in the other direction. Feels nice and modern. Plenty of shelter from the sun/rain. It is located between New North Rd and Sandringham Rd so it's very easy to transfer to a bus when you arrive at this station. Very close to Eden Park too.
It's a train station. Why didn't the council tunnel under Sandringham Road when they were upgrading for RWC 2011 ? Be good when live boards and electric units arrive. Coffee close.
