Large and modern train station. As someone who visited the first time, the place is spacious and interestingly mixed both modern and historic architecture.nIf you're confused on where to go, the staff here are really friendly and would be happy to help guiding you on which train you should take.

The service is often suspended during school holidays, which is understandable for safety or operational reasons. However, it also closes unexpectedly during peak hours, leaving passengers without any explanation. Overall, it is a very disappointing train system.

The central Auckland transport hub in downtown Auckland. Very accessible from the central business district. It is a clean modern facility. Signage is good and unambiguous. The station is a great asset for the city and combines train and bus options and is very close to the ferry terminals.
