My hubby and I went to do our grocery shopping at PaknSave at Mill Street, Hamilton on 9/7/2025.nnWe love the seafood corner and bought some fresh salmon heads and chicken feet.nnThere were not so many customers waiting so we enjoyed shopping there.nnDaniel was very helpful and courteous in relocating the trolleys from the car park to the entrance of the supermarket.nnWe highly recommend you to shop there if you happen to visit Hamilton.
Update:nnNot going to shop in this store again in the future because one of their staff members was a racist who just came at me for no reason. Complained to the manager weeks ago but no response whatsoever.nn——-nnCom’n Packies make sure you update your prices regularly so that the amount we pay are the same as the ones on the price tags.nnAlthough I was almost overcharged, the staff quickly made remedies so I left HAPPILY with my groceries.
I’m writing to express how disgusted I am with the way your staff treated me and my friends during a recent visit to your store. I came to buy a bottle of wine — legally — and was humiliated for no good reason.nnThe staff member insisted everyone in my group show ID, even though only I was buying the wine. I provided my valid Indian driver’s license and even showed a scanned copy of my passport, yet she rudely refused the sale. Her attitude was completely out of line — dismissive, disrespectful, and downright rude.nnIt felt like we were being targeted, judged, and shamed just for being a group of international students. The way she handled the situation lacked all basic customer service skills — no courtesy, no empathy, no understanding.nnPak’nSave needs to seriously train their staff on how to treat customers with respect. There is absolutely no excuse for the way we were spoken to or treated. If this is how you handle paying customers, it’s honestly pathetic.nnSort it out.

Well in these times I am researching what I buy, mostly online & buying to a list..But Paknsav are way ahead much better specials..generally across the basics a good bit cheaper...let's hope it gets better, it's tough fir all but seniors don't have much spare cash..
