My hubby and I went to do our grocery shopping at PaknSave at Mill Street, Hamilton on 9/7/2025.nnWe love the seafood corner and bought some fresh salmon heads and chicken feet.nnThere were not so many customers waiting so we enjoyed shopping there.nnDaniel was very helpful and courteous in relocating the trolleys from the car park to the entrance of the supermarket.nnWe highly recommend you to shop there if you happen to visit Hamilton.
I recently had one of my WORST shopping experiences at Pak’nSave Mill Street in Hamilton. The staff on duty were unhelpful and showed very POOR customer service. When I approached them for assistance, their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they made the situation more stressful and left me feeling disrespected.nnGood customer service should make customers feel supported, but this experience was the opposite. It was disappointing to see such behaviour, especially BY THE HARSHINI AND THE DUTY MANAGER A KID WITH BAD BEHAVIOUR.nThey blamed me stolen the $13 dollar stuff. Me and my wife totally harassed by Harshini and the kid Duty manager. Most of the staff remember us because we spent alot twice in a week. ILL ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION ON BOTH.nnI hope the management takes this seriously and provides proper training to the staff so other customers don’t face the same issues. This store can do much better in treating customers with respect and basic professionalism.
I phoned Mill street on Saturday morning,a woman from Seafood put me through to meat department.nI had 5 chicken carcuses saved for me.nWen I arrived Rod was the person who went and got the chicken carcuses.nAll staff on phone were great,Rob was very helpful,got me a trolly,nGreat communication skillsnA very good experience.nPaknSav Mill Street has very good staffnThank you
Update:nnNot going to shop in this store again in the future because one of their staff members was a racist who just came at me for no reason. Complained to the manager weeks ago but no response whatsoever.nn——-nnCom’n Packies make sure you update your prices regularly so that the amount we pay are the same as the ones on the price tags.nnAlthough I was almost overcharged, the staff quickly made remedies so I left HAPPILY with my groceries.
Pak’n saves prices are appealing but going into their store is a nightmare!nnI went in last night, and the workers were removing shelves, blocking several aisles. It looks like they’re reorganising the store, but it’s a real hazard it’s cramped, and there’s barely enough space to walk around with their large trolleys. They should have done this after closing. The staff are rude, it has a negative atmosphere inside the store but as soon as I go outside I feel better.
