Poor Customer Service and care, there was a spoiled ginger bread in my basket, after I reached home I realized itnI came back and enquired about this at desk, but they casually say, we will refund you money and can't own any of this.nPathetic to know
This supermarket is pretty awesome. The fruit and veg always look good and well presented.nBut the buns and rolls aren't that great - small and usually burnt.nThere is plenty of variety and I can get a lot of things here, I can't get at the Clarence St Pak n Save.
Great customer service when I visited on the 25/05/2024.nnContext: I shopped here for roughly an hour in the morning with my 2yo son. Toward the end of our shopping trip he started to fall asleep in the trolley while I unloaded the trolley at the checkout.nnI was served by Rose who kindly offered to finish loading my groceries while I picked him up out of the trolley, she also helped me pack my groceries so I had an easy transfer once I got out to the car. Thanks Rose!
Always love this place. Always look after us. Great friendly staff, just like family. I don't encourage grocery dishonesty, especially if you have family or you know a friend working there. You don't want anyone to get hurt.
OK for basics, depending on what you are looking for. If not avaliable here, keep shopping, each suburb has different stuff for the customers they serve in that location! Plenty of parking definitely. Try it yourself.
