My hubby and I went to do our grocery shopping at PaknSave at Mill Street, Hamilton on 9/7/2025.nnWe love the seafood corner and bought some fresh salmon heads and chicken feet.nnThere were not so many customers waiting so we enjoyed shopping there.nnDaniel was very helpful and courteous in relocating the trolleys from the car park to the entrance of the supermarket.nnWe highly recommend you to shop there if you happen to visit Hamilton.
Update:nnNot going to shop in this store again in the future because one of their staff members was a racist who just came at me for no reason. Complained to the manager weeks ago but no response whatsoever.nn——-nnCom’n Packies make sure you update your prices regularly so that the amount we pay are the same as the ones on the price tags.nnAlthough I was almost overcharged, the staff quickly made remedies so I left HAPPILY with my groceries.
Pricing misleading.They advertised blueberries muffins 6pack $5 each or 2 for $10 missed to take photo At checkout $6.50.When asked checkout lady instead of listening started arguing it can’t be wrong.Asked her to take a walk and look at sign by the entrance.Came back to me and agreed I’m correct.Its not about $1.50 it’s about how u approach,listen and treat your customer.Bad customer service.Lots of qualified and experienced kiwis unemployed at the moment @PnS Management get better staff or invest in staff trainings.
Disappointing.nOrdered custom-made 16th birthday black forest cake. We got a chocolate sponge cake. Even the decoration wasn't as requested. Nothing was correct accept for the name. Biggest disappointment on such a lovely occasion! $100 wasted. A regular cake from a bakery would have been a million times better. Never again will we order from you.
