The staff at this store are very friendly and Chatty. Young ladies who don't call us older people Love.... my pet hate The security guard is very welcoming and acknowledges you when you arrive in store and when you leave. Often followed by' have a good evening or drive safe. Highly recommend.
Danushka was the perfect gentleman when my card declined last night. I was using the self checkout.nUnfortunately someone has tried to use my card, so the bank put a block on it which I did not know.nDanushka was very kind, and took me to another checkout, suggesting that it may have been the machine.nVery professional and a lovely manner.nThank you Danushka.
Rudest staff on the planet, will never come here again, whoever was managing self check out today at 2:15pm on Wednesday the 29th of January, maybe you should learn how to smile and not shove peoples trolleys out of self check out when you think they have more then 12 items. Then say something snarky as I turn around.
The bakery section shut at 6pm, hours before the rest of the store shut. So there was a cabinet full of birthday cakes, but they couldn't sell me one. Very disappointing.nThe rest of the store is great. Big, spacious, modern, clean, with a good range of goods in stock and various amenities.nPlenty of parking outside and nicely located on Te Rapa Road.
