A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure of interacting with Richelle, a checkout manager, who provided exceptional customer service during a particularly hectic period. Despite the overwhelming rush, Richelle maintained composure and handled the situation with remarkable efficiency. Her friendly and reassuring demeanor contributed to a positive customer experience.
Horrible place to shop!! First and only time there. Didn't have what I was looking for which was fine. But to search my bag when leaving that barely fit my wallet!!! Do not recommend!!
I was shopping today and was helped by a lovely staff member!! Renee was her name I think?. Give her a raise!!! Her customer service is outstanding!
Went in to buy a few items there today, Most of the staff were very friendly and Isaiah helped me find some extra small condoms. But the checkout assistant manager, Aiden was staring at me when I was waiting in the checkout. Then when I got up he stood there and judged me for every item I bought. He refused to help bag my items and when I asked for a receipt he just laughed at me. Said he so badly wanted to trespass me for some reason. I gotta admit he was pretty hot though .
