Was bag searched today, the checkout staff was extremely rude, had to show her my brown paper bag which was empty and my small handbag. No stolen goods, never stolen anything in my life. This is making customers feel like criminals. Even if the store has had incidents of theft, the store shouldn’t make all customers feel that way. Never going back to this store again. Never been treated like this from any other store before.
Double check products before you buy and don't be clumsy! Got charged for dropped product in store and once I got home bread was moldy that was 4 days before date. Obviously not being stored properly before going on the shelf. For a premium priced store, not a great experience.
I have purchased a cookednChicken thismorning. It is totally filled with water. This is not the first time. I usually pour the chicken fat out for my dog but its literally water and it feels like its not cooked properly will know more later.
Convenient as close to home and usually isn't very busy but the prices are steep. Has some products not available elsewhere though so I find myself shopping here regularly for items I can't find elsewhere
After finishing our shopping checkout operator asked to the family members to open pack so she can if we have stolen something. I asked her why she said company policy. However lady before as was not check. This was such a racist behavior and my family Indian and before us was a white lady. We were so embarrassed as everyone was look at as. Happened at 1/ 03/25.
