Hey team, your parking enforcement sucks.nCame to NW in the morning and in the evening. Got a parking breach notice saying that the vehicle has exceeded the maximum allowed stay time.nNow I have to provide all the camera footage and write back to justify that I wasn't parking that long.nWill never visit you again.nnKeep this on mind everyone. If you go to their car park twice, you have a high change of getting a parking ticket.
Great location just as you come off the expressway coming into Hamilton. Good parking. Has all you need. Stopped in for a quick smoke break to grab some munchies.
Negatives: Short-staffed regularly, lately. Expensive like every other supermarket. Less and less variety of products and brands and being replaced by Pam's branded versions. Have tried quite a few and 98% prefer original brand for taste, for edible products. Don't like new layout - made more sense previously. Magazines now at the checkouts so harder to get at with customers waiting in line.nnPositives: Staff friendly and helpful when asked questions on a product or to find a product on shelf/out back if not on shelf. Usually plenty of parking. Always trolleys available.
Dropped in for a quick visit. Access off the road was easy. Parking was easy, though the carpark can be busy. They had what I needed, which was only a couple of items, and the price was okay. The service was quick and friendly.
Some staff, especially the younger females, need some lessons in customer service and manners. Perhaps leave the attitude at home and be polite to your customers.
