I had an issue at the meat department last week and asked to speak to the manager. He wasn’t available so they put my contact details in a book and said he’d call me. He never did. The store is bright, clean and well stocked, so no complaints there, but the customer service isn’t what it could be.nnI’ve edited my rating because they messaged me immediately after my original 2 star review was posted and arranged a time to call. The Manager was nice and solved the issue, so I’ve changed my rating. It’s great they’re keeping an eye on their reviews and working to fix issues, they would have got 5 stars if it hadn’t taken a week and a negative review for the call to take place.
The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. When i couldn't find something they went out of their way to help. In the end they found it out the back for me and I was very grateful. The store is immaculate and well presented
I have always loved coming to shop at Rototuna NewWorld.nUnfortunately due to falling on my bathroom tile floor ending up in hospital with a knee operation, & getting gout in my feet, It's not easy for me to walk around the suppermarket, often feeling like I may collapse, so the shopping trolley is a life saver.nNow we are so thankful for being able to shop on line, choosing our time slot, arriving at the lockers to collect our groceries, what an amazing service New World provides, all our shopping in bags ready to collect. A huge thankyou to everyone involved in the process of having our groceries ready to collect out of our located locker number. I try to help my husband the best I can handing him the bags from the locker making sure not to loose my balance. Thankyou!
