I recently went shopping with a group of friends, hoping to find a specific item, but after searching for a while, we couldn’t track it down. So, I decided to ask a staff member for help. This one gentleman went above and beyond to assist us—he spent so much time trying to help, checking the system, and even consulting other staff members, only for us to realize that the store didn’t actually carry the item. Although I didn’t catch his name, his kindness and dedication truly stood out. His amazing customer service turned what could have been a frustrating experience into one that genuinely brightened my whole week. The atmosphere was also so clean and tidy, thank you for such wonderful service!

While browsing through the products, I couldn't help but notice what seemed to be misleading price tags, particularly concerning the nuts section.nnUpon closer inspection, the price tag for nuts indicated a seemingly reasonable $9.99. However, when someone opts for almonds unsalted, the price suddenly jumps to $12.49. It's only upon careful scrutiny that one notices the small-font disclaimer mentioning the $9.99 price applies solely to cashew nuts.nnThis leaves me wondering why there aren't separate price tags for almonds. It gives the impression that you might want customers to assume all nuts, including almonds, are priced at $9.99 and potentially mislead them. I value transparency as a consumer, and such practices can erode trust.nnI kindly urge you to reconsider such pricing tactics. It's crucial to respect and value the trust your customers place in your brand. As a result of this experience, this is not the first timeI have decided not to shop at New World again.
They have a good range of things not found at Woolworths. Their bakery selection is great. I'd like to see more variety in their gift baskets.
Amazing team and always so helpful! I always do my shopping online and the team have been brilliant! with last minute changes or standing with the groceries in the rain that are being delivered until I answer the door to in sure they don't get wet. Thank you!
