I recently visited Frankton Fresh and was disappointed with the service I received. The lady at the counter, wearing a cap, was not very attentive and her responses to my questions felt abrupt. It would be beneficial for the staff to provide a more welcoming and customer-focused experience. Worst experience. I wouldn’t recommend this shop.
Make sure you check your receipts and match price with the displayed price tag. Indians always cheat especially when you purchase many items and don’t take receipts.nnI am going to file a case against them and collecting proofs. I will ask govt to investigate suddenly.
Terrible service! I'm a regular but won't be returning! I just wanted to buy a drink and i was waiting in line when the cashier lady served the lady behind me with a full trolly and let her push infront of me this also happened with my work mate! I don't understand why they allow this! Unless you don't mind getting people cutting the que I wouldn't recommend shopping here!
Frankton fresh is a very nice grocery store for daily needs.nI have been there many time..very nice staff.
Not a good experience at all. I am a regular and visit them almost everyday but today will be my last. A couple pushed inline right in front of me and the checkout girl still served them instead of me who was in line first. Terrible service.
