First impression as a tourist after a month in NZ: reasonably priced, good Indian fare at this store.nnHowever, the experience felt more like back home than NZ: A notice asks you to leave your bag at the counter no trust?, shoppers without smiles, and the salesman rushed us impatiently.nnI wonder why we Indians abroad can't embrace more of NZ's polite, patient, trusting culture that built this high-HDI society. Smiles, empathy, and sincerity make life better for everyone. We have so much to learn.nnStore is fine for groceries, but the vibe was disappointing.
This grocery store offers excellent service with a wide variety of high-quality products. The cleanliness and organization of the store are impressive. Staff members are courteous and always ready to assist. A reliable place for all household needs.
I had a disappointing experience at this supermarket. They refused to accept a return for a frozen item, despite not having a clear policy explaining this. I advised them to dispose of the product, but to my surprise, the staff placed it back into the freezer for resale.nnThis raises serious food safety and hygiene concerns. Customers deserve transparency and assurance that all products are handled properly.nn I would recommend that shoppers ask about return and storage policies before purchasing frozen items. Friendly service is appreciated, but trust should come with proper standards and accountability.
It's very popular and a huge super market with good varieties of products from veggies & fruits, to various spices, cereals, grains and plenty of other endless groceries. I've been pretty satisfied with the prices too. Weekdays being the best days for a comfortable shopping as it gets over crowded on weekends.
Frankton fresh shop always have everything I am looking for in this store , the customer service level does not bother me so much .I can see the hard work that goes into keeping the shop fully supplied with fresh produce which is usually what I’m after for cooking dinner and fruit for kids.That to me is more important, Love the layout of the shop what I’m after is 98% most of the time right there next to the entrance e.g : eggs ,bread ,milk .etc genius.nKeep up the hard work
