I scanned my club plus card and thought it had gone through, but when I tried to redeem the discount at the pump, it said there was no qualifying purchase and that I needed to shop in-store.nnThe cashier never told me that my Clubcard hadn’t scanned properly. A simple check or letting me know at the time would have prevented this issue. It was frustrating to find out only after I had already gone to the pump. On occasion, the floors can be a bit unclean, and there have been instances where boxes block walkways and hinder the movement of shopping trolleys. Addressing these minor issues would significantly enhance the overall shopping experience. Overall, it's a great place for groceries.

Visited this Pak’nSave yesterday. While shopping, I was laughed at by some staff members, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. I was also spoken to in a condescending manner, including staff assuming I could not speak English. I found this behaviour racist and unacceptable. The checkout interaction was also rude and condescending. I expect basic respect and professionalism when shopping, and this experience fell below that standard. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses staff behaviour toward customers.
