DaHua Supermarket Henderson 大华超市

I don't know if the owner of this business is the same owner of the Mount Roskill branch, but I have always bought my household needs from the Henderson branch and I have been treated well and I have the card for daily use, but I stopped at the Mount Recycle branch To buy some things for my house and after a week they sent me a ticket because I stopped at their place and I and I sent them my bank statement but they did not accept it. From here I announce my boycott of this supermarket so that they know why they are losing their customers

Went to the butcher's section to purchase some beef but I was greeted by a very rude staff member of this branch. The butcher just stared at me after coming out of the room even after I greeted him. He continued to just STARE while not speaking a word even after I asked for the cut of meat I was after. I pointed at the cut of meat in case he did not understand, mind you that the look of this man's face was the face of IRRITATION as if he did not want to be there. I asked if I could have just half a kilo but he just grabbed the closest cut of meat and packed it up before telling me IN ENGLISH that they do not provide cutting services. I was under the assumption that asian butcheries at asian supermarkets do cut their meats for you, this is not my first time purchasing from an asian butchery, and I've had satisfactory services before. At this point, I was already irritated and BAFFLED by this staff's behaviour and service towards me. If anyone is looking to purchase from the butchery here, be aware of the ill-mannerisms of the butchers and that they may not disclose that they do not provide meat cutting services beforehand.

The Asian staff and customers are RUDE!They do not excuse themselves and they are very impatient. I couldn’t grab my bags of produce because the Asian lady behind me had loaded her produce on to the checkout bench.The cashier is so busy yacking that she is messing up payments at the till.

Good, better other option than the usual Asian shop we go to weekly. DH has better variety. Cleaner store. Better illuminated. Probably more reasonable prices. Slightly farther from our place but worth the trip I guess. We shall see more of you guys weekly.

The interior is bright and clean. Items are well organised. Can get most Asian condiments here in this place. Just located next to Westcity mall. Only limited parkings available in front of the supermarket.
