DaHua Supermarket Henderson 大华超市

We have been coming to this store for years, the best we have been to in west auckland and we have been to many. This one has good quality produce, fair pricing considering costs of living now days in 2026. And we also get some of our meats from here. The store has a bit of everthing for everyone.

I can only say that this store is getting worse and worse, especially the store manager. They often use discounts and promotions as gimmicks to attract customers, but when you go to pay, you find out it’s actually the original price. This problem happens frequently. Once, I went to talk to them about it online, and they said I could discuss it in the store. When I went to the store, they said we had taken the wrong information. Even after showing them the receipt and photos of the discount, they still insisted that we were mistaken. They just refuse to admit it and are deceiving customers. At that time, I didn’t want to make a fuss over it, but I’m increasingly feeling that this store is not trustworthy. Everyone should be careful when buying things there and not be fooled by their discount promotions.

Good, better other option than the usual Asian shop we go to weekly. DH has better variety. Cleaner store. Better illuminated. Probably more reasonable prices. Slightly farther from our place but worth the trip I guess. We shall see more of you guys weekly.

Great prices and fantastic selection. Well worth a visit.

The interior is bright and clean. Items are well organised. Can get most Asian condiments here in this place. Just located next to Westcity mall. Only limited parkings available in front of the supermarket.
