Woolworths Henderson

I finish work at 5-5.15pm. I always get to Countdown Henderson at 5.25pm. The deli closes at 5.30pm. Lately they have been closing the deli at random times. I asked the indian manager if I could get something from the deli as it was closed at 5.25pm. She lied and said the deli closes at 5pm and kept repeating it closes at 5pm. Lies. I pointed out it closes at 5.30pm always and she changed the story to we are short staffed that's why it closes early. She said she rang the deli and said they would serve me. I went back to the deli but the girl stayed out the back on her mobile phone. I will never shop here again as this happens all the time. The indian manager told me she didn't care if i gave a bad review. 03/01/2025nPak n Save here I come.nI have $15 rewards vouchers. I'm gonna buy toilet paper with my last purchase to match the shit service.

To The Management: Just a polite suggestion to you. Whoever is in charge of your fruit and vegetable department needs a serious talking to. Your lettuces for sale today 14-09-24 are abysmal, rotting and limp on the shelf as are many of your supposed 'fresh' produce. NOT A GOOD LOOK! I can not understand how you expect people to pay good money for foods that are ready for the compost bin. I don't often shop with you for that very reason. Seems nothing has changed much in the 30 odd years I have been living in the area. Lift your game Countdown Henderson. I challenge the manager to have a wee walk around your 'fresh produce' isle and see for yourself. I didn't take a photo today but next time I might. Also you may want to have a wee word with those who fill the shelves of your cheese, yoghurts, cottage cheese etc, slack again, lots of empty spaces of everyday foods. going forward, I hope to see an improvement. Just out of shopping from woolworths at 5:06pm. The cashier needs to learn some manners. The store was not busy. The guy named Avinash too busy chatting with his colleague while scanning. No greetings, no hi no thank you. Management need to focus on his training. Other than that the floor staff and store are awesome.nCheers

Far to often have my mother and I done an online order for delivery, and they have continually failed to pull through with half the items we pay for, when we managed to call, we were told 4 different things from staff working.nDisappointed with the fact this has happened far to often, and with the factor of being told she won't be receiving the failed items til the next week following.nDisrespectful staff member in the online order department, who had refused to give a name, was rude and unhelpful.

Nice layout and wide isles. Great support at quick checkout as they take your basket back when you are done. Very helpful and friendly staff.
