The ?Island lady at self check out is so rude and unprofessional- No manners at all - she’s basically just there to stand and belittle customers when help is needed - horrible manners, does not know how to speak to customers , yells out - went to woolsworth around 1.50pm 4/9/25.nWoolsworth please hire staff that are actually there to work , staff that represent the organisation in a professional manner.

I like this store its easy to navigate, well stocked prices are good and parking is plentiful. Staff are helpful and friendly.

Honestly don't see the point in reviewing this company. They really couldn't give a fluf. Bad customer service, staff don't even smile. Going thru the normally check out and the staff literally push with force all your groceries to the end of their checkout without a single care while I'm trying to load my groceries on. Use your brain, we can't be at both ends at the same time. Bring back the days when groceries were bagged for us and staff were friendly. Supermarkets have always stated they removed this service to save us money insert eye roll I haven't seen any savings in years.

This place is good, clean and tidy, good selection of both bright fresh colorful veggies and cold and frozen sections. But it was expensive for me, but they still got a great selection for everyone, The staff are friendly and very helpful
