We took our granddaughter from Melbourne to see this fine establishment, the fresh fruit was competitively priced fish and meat also all beautifully presented. The range of Asian products was phenomenal! The staff were friendly and helpful with their product knowledge and translation of labels.nA fantastic experience shopping at thenGOLDEN APPLE Supermarket not to ne missed. I recently visited Golden apple supermarket in wairu and was unfortunately disappointed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcome. The employees gave me judgmental looks, which made me uncomfortable right away. When I asked for directions to find a specific item, I was carelessly pointed to a random aisle, which was unhelpful and frustrating.nnAfter some time, I managed to locate the item on my own and proceeded to the checkout counter. The person ahead of me was greeted warmly and treated with courtesy. However, when it was my turn, I didn't receive a greeting at all. The cashier only asked if I wanted a receipt, making me feel like my presence was barely acknowledged.nnOverall, my experience at Golden Apple supermarket was quite negative. The lack of helpfulness and basic customer service left much to be desired. I hope they can improve their service in the future to create a more welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
