This is the one shop that always has great staff, everyone is willing to help me access items I am in a wheelchair other countdowns I struggle sometimes but at Te Atatu there is always a willing helping hand! Keep up the awesome work team!
Very helpful staff , went there looking for a brand lux soap flakes , it had changed its packaging how ever the staff member new what I was after, it was very helpful, it's always great to have the knowledge of an older staff member around .
Great service today from a really kind young checkout lady with pink pony-tails and great make-up at Te Atatu countdown. Thank you for helping us so quickly while the shop was looking very busy. This is the closest supermarket to my house but for the number of people who live in the area it's too small. Most time you will see low stock on essentials. Staff, however, are awesome and friendly.
Mid sized supermarket with good variety of grocery store items. In the Woolies family of grocery stores. Decent health food section. Nice produce :
Its local, easy parking, has 6 self service checkouts w a minimum of at least 1 serviced isle operating. There is also a Liquor store/ Westpac ATM/ Cafe/ Bar. Ample parking.
Convenient for anyone in the area, and plenty of parking. Not so many options of items like larger stores though. Usually open until 10pm.
Love the store but lacking a few things with pricing. Clearance items aren't always scanning up as the price off the shelf, but the staff are super understanding and helpful!
Potentially the worst Countdown in Auckland - lack of range, often out of stock and due to very little competition nearby has been in dire need of an overhaul for decades. It frustrates me how much custom I give these guys just because there are the only local option.
