Today 19 February at 9:00/9:24 am came to freshchoice ranui to buy breads cream cheese and wanted to buy more but an male worker who was from India stoped me from nowhere told me that bags are not allowed in the shop which it’s something new as I been going here time to time he told me there is written sticker on the entrance of no bags allowed so I did as he said it was ridiculous as he showed me where exactly I should put my bag which was near the exit where customers pay I have told him my wallet my keys my everything is inside he said it’s fine anyway I have left it there and continued in few min I went to the checkout and seen lady who had a bag and had a chat with the customer and check out lady name Rosel W I found out he had lied to me as bags are allowed in there I have never felt this humiliated as have said I can show what’ in my beg I’m hardworking person it is not right what he did as he lied about shop policy.

Im addicted to their hot pork and chicken buns. Always have to buy these. Its bigger than most fresh choices out west with good prices. Also some days they have island bbq out in the carpark.

am writing to raise a concern about an incident at your supermarket earlier this morning.nAn employee informed a young female customer that bags were not allowed in the store and referred to a “no bag” policy. However, I did not see any clear signage indicating this, and I was carrying a large bag myself without any issue, as were other customers. This inconsistency was confusing and appeared misleading.nI felt uncomfortable witnessing this interaction and felt sorry for the young lady, who may have felt singled out or embarrassed. I kindly ask that this matter be reviewed and that staff are reminded of store policies and appropriate customer service standards.

For a local small supermarket this one is actually really good. Nice layout, always tidy, prices are not criminal, so friendly at the checkout- always clean and there is always a car park here as people are generally just grabbing a few things.

It is a pleasure shopping at this store. Both the management and staff have a great attitude to customer service. It is a shame that a few other local businesses don't seem to get the message on how important this is to the success of a business. Congratulations to all.
