It is a pleasure shopping at this store. Both the management and staff have a great attitude to customer service. It is a shame that a few other local businesses don't seem to get the message on how important this is to the success of a business. Congratulations to all.

I come here most times to do my shopping have great service

The people here are great and always friendly, however I do not recommend buying via Uber Eats - I have done this on a few occasions and almost every time something is wrong. They did not substitute some ice cream I got, so they wrote a note on the delivery box to get refunded which I have done via Uber Eats. I understand if something is out of stock, but I also ordered one count of 600g of kiwifruit for $8 only to receive a single kiwifruit. Shop in store if you can, but definitely avoid buying via UE.

Food not always fresh! Eggs were obviously too old. Prices are 'over the top'. Some products being $2 - $10 more expensive than Woolworths. OK for picking up 1 or 2 things but too expensive for a big shop.

With Joni and Lillie and auntie Susan along with the rest of the staff team Fresh Choice Ranui is in my opinion how all supermarkets should be.nnGreat staff awesome but professional attitude and a better side to Woolworths products.
