PAK'n SAVE Papakura

A big enough outlet. Onsite parking is available. Self checkout out is available. Plus a Pak n Save fuel station 91,95 petrol & diesel is available. Fairy well maintained comparatively to Clendon and Manakau outlets where I usually shop if I happen to choose a Pak n Save. But displaying offers were not properly done on the day I write this review and it is the day I visited.

My local PakNSave. Great location. Plenty of parking spaces, includes underground parking. Great customer service from staff. Well organized shelves and very clean and spacious isles.

Good prices, but they are not as fully stocked as other pak n save franchises. Small store but in handy location, parking is great. Probably they need more check and some solution to get more smaller trolleys, as bigger trolleys just sit there and no one wants to touch them, and smaller trolleys always run out in minutes, or probably they could bring in baskets

Visit one 21st December Wanted frozen fruit. Bought Fruzio brand but was told I had to boil it for one minute to avoid Hepatitis A then to refreeze it. Did what was asked which resulted in the fruit losing both it's colour and flavor. Question? Why sell something that has potential to make you extremely sick. The result of boiled fruit is mush. Not edible. Visit two. 23rd December. Complained about the fruit to Customer Service who refused to give a refund as I didn't take the product back. My chickens had already eaten it. Another customer was having trouble with price advertised and price charged at checkout. Over $60 difference. She didn't seem to be getting anywhere either even when legal advertising rights were pointed out. Come on Stick Man! Where's your Customer Service gone. Countdown is looking a more promising shopping experience

Easy shopping in a clean shop is always great. The lady at the chemist was a star today in helping me get the right meds and understanding my frustration as South African. Good service

Called in to get a couple things around 8am. Was shocked how empty the shelves looked with big gaps and no facing done? Did you guys not have a night fill? Or the buyers on strike! Better send the owner to PNS Wairau to see how a store should look.

My first visiting experience to pak n save mall was quite exciting ! The place is easily accessible because of its convenience location! There are different variety of choices like; packed foods, kitchen materials, vegetables, cosmetics, sprays..... The price is affordable and the cashiers are warming! Its is without doubt a place one should visit!

Very well stocked and spacious. Easy enough to find items. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Very spacious so even during peak times you have space to manoeuvre trolleys. Abundance of parking. Centrally located.

40 rolls of for under $20.00 is a sure bargin. However, 40 Rolls of for around $10.00 is an incredible saving. So glad I decided to stop in and do my monthly groceries whilst I was out those ways. $307.00 filled my 2× Fridge/Freezers, My Pantry, as well as my 2× back up pantries.
