I bought $25 worth of stuff and I gave cashier $50 she gave me $5 change I told her u gave me wrong change they told me come back tomorrow and leave your contact number I call u ! No response till next day morning I went told them everything checked cctv got my money back !bold head man with cap manager or what poor service drinking Coke Zero serving us regarding this matter wasted my petrol plus my day please train yourself and staff don’t ruin customers time and money we are customers for new world more then 8 years this happened first time ! Know on wards Going to pave and save their customers service staffs are more helpful! Please train your staffs ! Don’t ruined your customers day!

We've been shopping online and getting them delivered for a few years with New World Southmall. We had been doing this with Countdown for more than 10 years but their drivers were becoming quite rude as the years went by, my parents decided to stop shopping with them. Best decision made! Hayley is the best driver they've had and really enjoy their chats with her when making her deliveries. A great place to shop and great leadership! The supermarket had changed dramatically for the better. It's like night and day! Keep up the awesome work Liam, Brittany, et al. Malo lava! Jen

Great place to shop! Was in and out and got everything I needed. Team were super helpful when I couldn't find the Chia seeds, they even took me exactly to where they were located. Will definitely be back!

Its just gotten worse over the years. ABSOLUTELY dont buy meat from them. Not only is it expensive, but we keep finding hairs in the meat when we open the package/they now use very thin cellophane that constantly breaks.
