What first started us continuing to shop at NW Papakura was their yummy instore merlot/cracked pepper sausages! So pleased to find back today. If you like the sound of it you wont be disappiinted! Highly recommend to all.

Quite like this store. Good choice, helpful staff, polite staff and clean store. Renovations have happened but appreciate this layout more.

Just shopped here . Ardy excuse spelling if wrong was so pleasant and personable for this time of the day . She actually made my day and was so genuine and with exceptional customer service . The checkout manager was also extremely competent and lovely. I have noticed how professional yet happy she is .nThank you new world for making this brief visit easy

Very disappointed in the Caramel Ginger Hot Cross buns. So far one had no caramel in it at all. It was like eating a tasteless bun and the others have hardly any caramel in them. Waste of $7.99.
