This is a nice store with huge range of products. The craft beer section is impressive. However I found the prices are not the best and the staff were really rude which was very disappointing.

I love the bakery at New world Thorndon.nAlways so good. The service in self check out should improve it.

Our family’s favourite supermarket and it’s one where we have to stopover whenever we’re in town. They do the best sandwiches and you can mix and match the meat, veges and dressings. Very reasonable and large portion. There are also cooked food available and their bakery is top notch with lots of birthday options available. A very large supermarket that’s stocked with nearly everything you require. 2 storey parking makes it a breeze with the covered parking below. Located conveniently when you’re off the motorway and so easy to head back out.

Best super market, their pizza, bakery section is great, they have fresh samosas..

Good range, but I hate that every price ends in .99nHate it even more when the .99 is in smaller print than the rest of the price.nWhat this tells me is that they’re trying to deceive me into feeling that this is a forty-something dollar item, rather than the fifty dollar item it really is.nThey don’t succeed in deceiving me, but presumably they succeed in deceiving others or they wouldn’t do it.nIt also tells me that if their ethical standards are such that they’ll try to deceive me on that, then they’ll probably try and maybe succeed, in deceiving me about other things too.nDon’t trust them.
