Another great store. I was very surprised to see such a huge array of different coffee brands. From Italian to Belgium. Parking is fine & has direct access to carts & trolleys before & after entry. The service was warm, polite & hospitable. A huge selection of goods at various prices made it fun to shop & ease of choice. I recommend a visit, if just to sample some of their amazing selections of coffee, cheeses, biscuits & a lot more. You will not be disappointed. Don't forget your coupon book, every little saving goes along way.
The two ladies at the cafe / lotto area at lunchtime today were fabulous. So helpful and kind to my elderly mum. Really appreciated their superb customer service.
We bought some pork mince from New World Newlands on 17th of August. It was so disgusting spoiled smell when we unwrapped on 18th of August, and the mince was sticky on the surface as well. The best before is 19th, and how this can be happened? We drove 30mins in a rainy night to this store, and the answer was they can give me 5 dollars back. This is a public food safety issue, and why you guys think I just want 5 dollars back? I have reported this matter to MPI, and hopefully someone can do the right investigation to this store. Either way we won't be back to shop at this store from now on.
Lovely little new world everyone at the counters were friendly and I loved the cup holders on the trolleys!!!
