If only our local New World in Rolleston took as much care and attention to customer service as you do then I would get to enjoy the same experience every time I am in your lstore.nnThis store is our go to whenever we stay in Wellington CBD. I just love seeing the music videos while shopping.nnThe only thing I struggled with was trying to shop at 7am each morning and having to navigate around all your staff stocking shelves. Wow!!nnI’m sorry but this is the best presented supermarket I have ever been in my life!nnThis store takes a lot of pride in their presentation with their perfectly stacked shelves, fantastic selection of produce and ready to eat meals with an abundance of stock.nnReally well spaced out also, with wide aisles, doesn’t feel crammed.nThey have everything you never thought of.nnWell done!!
I'm not one to review supermarkets but man, this place was nuts. Aisle after aisle was absolutely immaculate and we had our bags packed for us too. Crazy stuff
I usually go to Tawa New world, Whitby, Porirua and Mana New worlds but travelled to the city as it was the only New World selling decent size hams in the brand I wanted and it was the biggest and by far better New world I've seen, a huge TV on the wall playing nice video music, with more variety of groceries, hot food and a bigger bakery with high class patisserie desserts. The service behind the deli and bakery were exceptional, there were at least 4 staff ready to serve with great customer service and very efficient, at other New worlds there's either no one there to serve unless you wave out or ring a bell and then the service is slow, so was a great surprise and as soon as I checked out, my basket was taken for me, nice to see a cafe on the way out too.
A very big supermarket with a big choice of all items, incl. fish, meat, backery.
