We had wonderful service when we purchased the Ride on Mower, nothing was too hard for them. We were a little frustrated during their moving to a new building and the lack of a service workshop, But our latest experience with repairs was 5 star! Great communication and prompt service and repair of our mower. Thanks Greg for all your help, we really appreciate it.

I have been using MCOP for some time now.nThey have an extensive range of parts at better prices then most competitors.nnWill be continuing to use them in the future.

The issue is now sorted and I thank them for resolving it. I can't give them five stars because the problem should not have occurred in the first place.nnI wouid just suggest that they check their website properly reflects the actual stock on hand. That being said, they did get onto the problem quickly when I left the initial bad review. Hence I have edited the rating.nnCheers thanks for the resolving the problem and have a good Christmas.

Ordered parts from this business 13 days ago and have been trying to get an answer on the order status for all of those 13 days. Won't answer phone or emails.nThe company has been in touch and apologised. Fair play to them they offered a sweetner to compensate for delays.
