My recent shopping experience with this company was unsatisfactory. I did not receive a response to my email inquiries, nor were my phone calls answered. The products I received were of poor quality. I advise caution when considering purchases from this vendor.

I have to say. I bought the landworks 20t log splitter from mikes chainsaws. i ordered it on day 1, it was with me half way across the country on day 3. Quick, but what impressed me most was how good it is for a little machine. I had my reservations but it fit my budget so went for it. It has honestly eaten everything i have given it so far. Impressed and happy. Cheers

I bought a garden mulcher that worked well for a couple of years, until my neighbour shoved something hard down it and smashed the crankshaft. MCOP fixed it for a reasonable cost, then I purchased another one with a stronger crankshaft, and sold my repaired one for a good price. Excellent service and delivery to the Bay of Plenty.

I ordered and paid for a part from this business over 2 weeks ago. Website said it was in stock and I have received an order confirmation. They don’t answer their phone, emails or messenger messages. Frustrating. Be very cautious in dealing with this company.
