Wof inspector is not good at this branch. One of their inspector almost fail the wof of every car for the small thing, Which is really not make sense and ignore the big issue which can cause the accident on road. And the same vehicle pass the wof same day in city center AA branch..nBack to back 7 of my friend got same experience in last 6 month.nThey definitely need more training. And friendly nature to..

Most hopeless wof shop ever,failed me on the most pathetic things and major faults weren’t failed at all. I’m genuinely concerned about the knowledge these guys hold. absolute disgrace to the automotive industry. I’ve even had the manager be confused when asking about components that’s he himself failed.

Best place to get your WOF done in New Plymouth. They are friendly, fast and do a proper good job, other places are a bit dodgy tbh. Thank you
