AA Vehicle Testing New Plymouth

Most hopeless wof shop ever,failed me on the most pathetic things and major faults weren’t failed at all. I’m genuinely concerned about the knowledge these guys hold. absolute disgrace to the automotive industry. I’ve even had the manager be confused when asking about components that’s he himself failed.

Best place to get your WOF done in New Plymouth. They are friendly, fast and do a proper good job, other places are a bit dodgy tbh. Thank you

The office team seem lovely, friendly and polite. But has this place changed management in the last few years or something? I go to the AA, because I expect consistency, professionalism and knowledge from the mechanics - and considering it's an important safety function in our society, if you are also after those things, you might want to try somewhere else. Honestly, your workshop team need some basic training.
