Liquid Laundromats Fitzroy

Good prices and we regularly go here when staying in New Plymouth. Can be busy at times, especially in summer. It's a small shop so no folding tables. Clean machines and staff are helpful if there's ever a problem with the machines.

Absolute rip off in my opinion. Cost us over $20 to do one 18kg load with no use of dryer. No helpful staff around although it was today, a Saturday. Will stay well away from Liquid Laundromats for the rest of our travels in NZ.

Would have been5 stars, but there were no folding benches

Open when we needed it at 6.30 am. Everything done in one washer and one dryer over 85 minutes, plus folding time. $18 for an 18kg load, till well dried. Easy card top up.nEnjoyed a coffee across the road while we waited! Good location for a motorhome couple.

I find this laundromat easy to use. Only concern I have is that there no indication of length of time the card machine takes when in maintenance mode. Today is the first time I've struck that and so far its been in excess of 30 minutes that I've been waiting. This could be a FAQ if it's the same every time.
