Bring your own grippy socks!! The ones they sell for $3 are regular ones, and super slippery. Its a bit of a hazard in my opinion. Bare feet would be much safer, although it's against their rules. We only tried the playground section, which is well made and entertaining. There's a huge ball pit. : It is really only for 4 years and up, or kids that are confident. Adults aren't allowed to go down the slides, so you can't do that together with young toddlers. There's no air conditioning, so it gets really hot in summer. Overall, it's a fun outing, but not worth the price until my children are older.

The kids loved the tramps and playground but the manager is a big bully who followed us around and ended up making my eldest cry which eventually made us leave after about 30 mins. She told me off because I opened the gate for my kids before I put my socks on, I hadn't even entered the playground but her and her staff were barefoot. She told me I'd have to return my drink bottle to the car even though other parents had their kids ones on the tables, she told my son off for trying to get my attention from the playground gate because he wasn't allowed in that area. Wouldn't go back as any adult should know how to treat people with more respect than the manager at this place

We came from Hamilton for the weekend and took our two boys there and it was amazing better than anything in Hamilton! Very clean and the boys had the best time! Highly recommend!!

Super fun for the kids. They have staff on at all times. There is a Mini Cafe with seatting areas. There is a spacious party area. Good for small birthday party.

So, what's not to love. You get to sit down and have a coffee while your kids go absolutely bananas running around like lunatics whilst being overseen by someone else. It's a dad's paradise...let's face it, if they had sky sports and a bar there would be little need to go anywhere else on a miserable rainy day!!! Generally well organized as much as can be with that many kids around it's fun for the kids, and they do birthday party events too, which is what this particular visit was for. More of a rainy day venue, but I can guarantee the kids sleep well after a trip here..
