Walked around in shop for 15 minutes no one came to help so I walked out without buying anything. Think I'll try inglewood

Most staff are fine and there's a guy there who is lovely and always very polite and helpful, but I have also been spoken to very rudely a few times by a lady who works here. Also I ended up with a grain mite infestation from horse feed I purchased here and was told all grain has mites in it and I should have used it up faster, which I have since been told is not accurate, so now I buy all my feed elsewhere.

Seriously disappointed that Farmlands are discriminating against people even with valid Mask exemptions- not ok to turn these people away it is a health and safety issue for them to wear masks hence having exemptions- Appalling behaviour.

Plenty of staff highly trained at ignoring customers needing help. I won't return.

Disgusted to see you are discriminating against people with disabilities and Health issues by not accepting mask exemptions. Zero stars if I could
