The guy was helpful in helping me decide on Tordon and Synergy Met 600 as one would kill this and not the other and the other would kill the other, and it was way too expensive to buy both so I left feeling confused.

Most staff are fine and there's a guy there who is lovely and always very polite and helpful, but I have also been spoken to very rudely a few times by a lady who works here. Also I ended up with a grain mite infestation from horse feed I purchased here and was told all grain has mites in it and I should have used it up faster, which I have since been told is not accurate, so now I buy all my feed elsewhere.

Staff always happy and helpful.

Walked around in shop for 15 minutes no one came to help so I walked out without buying anything. Think I'll try inglewood

Plenty of staff highly trained at ignoring customers needing help. I won't return.
