On behalf of my ill husband, he had to wait 45 minutes this morning for his blood test. This is not acceptable given that there is usually 4 or 5 staff taking blood although staff appear to be nonchalant doing their job and do not seem to care that people are having to wait so long. If staff moved at a quicker pace, waiting times would decrease thereby making this task not so onerous. I do wonder if this review will make any difference at all.

Hopeless. Minimal parking on-site or on nearby streets. Waiting times excessive. That said staff are great always polite cheerful & respectful. Bell Block collection site currently closed so obviously putting pressure on the Gill St site

Usually no problem with doing blood tests and unlike most times no problem getting park . BUT they struggled to get blood this morning 2 nurses asking but not accepting why only can use one arm not both . They did eventually get enough for test to be done .impressed with wait time etc but not with attitude of staff .Usually id give a 5

I arrived with no appointment and went to a un man desk where you pick a card with a number on ut and scan. Then you just wait 4 your number to b called out. Thats it, simple. I however dud find it hard to park as it was fairly busy...

nurses working there are absolutely lovely, the wait time can be a while but that’s to be expected, all nurses work so quickly professionally
