There is only one reason that on one day two thick shake flavours were unavailable and then another day around lunch time the machine wasn’t operational - incompetence.nI bought nothing out of frustration. This is 2024 not 1974. How about getting the basics right?
Love our maccas in Wainui. They always get our orders right. Most times we need to wait for our order but it doesn't bother me, maybe 5mins max. Friendly staff and great food.
I ordered a hot chocolate and it was warm I never like asking for another one that is hot.I have requested this before and they are quite happy to oblige but I don't feel good doing this.I like the Mc Donald's hot chocolate when it's hot.
Came in tonight for dinner after work and the food was absolutely poor. Opened up my burger and the cheese wasn’t even put on the burger it’s melted on the box. One drop of sauce on half the burger. LAZY
Had the best double cheese burgers because they were in boxes instead of that horrible wrap. It kept them warmer too. Called the restaurant because they were fantastic, keep up the awesome work team!
