One of the older staff members was absolutely lovely! She greeted all of the customers as she was cleaning, and even asked if she could clear my rubbish from the table. I don’t know her name but her effort deserves some recognition, this level of hospitality is rare at McDonald’s! The recent remodel has also been a great improvement.
Great place, renovated and really child friendly, has an excellent playground inside that's safe and comfortable dining area for adults
I have the misfortune of simultaneously liking the odd McDonalds takeaway, but living closest to this utter embarrassment of a restaurant. Every single time we go to the drive through they get something wrong with our order. There is absolutely no culture of care and attention, or even basic checking that the order received matches what I paid for. My advice is don’t go, or refuse to park up, and make them get the order right whilst you’re at the window.
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The fries were extremely hard, almost like sticks, and the burger was subpar. The chicken patty tasted as if it had been cooked an hour before and then served to us. Overall, it was a really bad experience.
Exceptional customer service! From start to finish food was exactly what we asked for and staff super helpful! Thanks Thursday night shift 6pm… first time I’ve ever left this place feeling really welcome! Whoever is hiring your staff at the moment have picked some gems!!!
