Not only unhygienic but poor customer service as well.nWhen rang to complain got told I was a liar and accused of placing it there myself. They refused a refund, only offered to remake the order.nPretty sure this would violate a health & safety standard they’d have to maintain.
The Wainuiomata store has by far the best tasting and well prepared pizzas. I am a regular customer. Great service and friendly delivery drivers. The overall experience makes Dominos Wainuiomata a top store. Highly recommend to all. AAA+
I orders pizzas online tonight, get them home and was told I had selected the halloween sauce which I did not, so not sure how this happened! Regardless, I was spoken to rudely, called a Bro like I was man and when I told him not to call me Bro he starts calling Dear sarcastically! Rather than trying to fix the issue he would rather lose business. I will be sharing my experiences with everyone, which is a shame as the food from there has improved before this happened.
Made an online order 45 minutes before the pick up time I set, order was 20 minutes late, was not impressed with the worker as he said my pizza had 6 minutes on the timer at 6:15 but when we walked in at 6 the screen said that it was ready but it wasnt he also said other people's orders were more important then mine even though they were ordered after mine, he was also very rude and not very great at his customer service. Very disappointed
