Food was great. Restaurant was grotty. Disgusting filthy space. I don’t expect it do be a high end dining experience but at least makes sure it’s clean. It was disgustingly dirty. Rubbish on the floor. Rubbish on the seats. Filthy tables.
They took over 2 hours to deilever the food payment wouldn’t go thru so they wanted me to send money to his personal account I didn’t feel Comfy doing that I said can I come pay in store and he was addiment that I didn’t need to and he would pay for me when he got back
Food made exactly as per request. But recently the person who delivers doesn’t bring the pizza properly. Pizza is all over the box and squished against the box. Ordered two cheese pizzas today they were both squished to the side and cheese was all over the box. This has happened few times now.nnCan we please get the delivery person to take extra care when delivering hot pizza please.nnRegardsnShanika
Our order was delivered at the time we required, the Pizzas were freshly made and delicious.
Not only unhygienic but poor customer service as well.nWhen rang to complain got told I was a liar and accused of placing it there myself. They refused a refund, only offered to remake the order.nPretty sure this would violate a health & safety standard they’d have to maintain.
