The place was clean and tidy when I entered. They have an option for you to either order at their kiosks or order at the front counter with one of their staff members.nnTheir staff are really nice and understand if you have dietary issues like you can only have vegetarian options, can't eat beef, or are allergic to dairy.nnThey were decently fast with my order and it came out hot and fresh.
I recently mistakenly ordered valentine deal at late night online assuming wrongly about the pre order. The app didn't have any cancel button so I tried to call the restaurant to help cancel it and not to pack it and I will get it the following day since it was late night. 7 times missed call, noone picked up the call. I immediately logged the report to the office, patiently waiting for 3 days, no response at all. I took time to come to the restaurant and talked to the manager. She was very unfriendly, and asked me to wait one week for the office response. I asked her why noone picked the call, she replied they were so busy at that time, i remember it was already nearly 11 pm. So far more than one week noon replied me yet, no refund for the meal I paid and even didn't get it. They actually didn't care about the customers. Not good experience

Good BK, no complaints except the floor inside is a bit slippery.nDined in with a combo whopper, all good.nNot sure how drive through service is though, but if it's as efficient as dining in then I recommend visiting.
They always get my order wrong, they charge me for a double bk chook but always give me a single bk chook, daylight robbery and stealing people's money while not giving the correct food. This is the 5th time this has happened...always disappointed with your service
